If you are not satisfied with your purchase or you change your mind, you can request a return or exchange within 14 days of purchase if the candle is in the original condition and packaging. Original condition means that there are no scratches or marks on the product and the product’s packaging has not been opened, used or damaged and the product is in a re-saleable condition. Please note that unless a manufacturing defect is present, we cannot accept returns of candles that have been lit.

Our products are handmade, we are a small business and can’t keep all products in stock. Most orders ar shipped within 2 days, but during busy times it can take up to 5 working days to leave us. (Working days do not include bank holiday or weekends.)

So Impressed

This was my first candle from this business after a few wax melts orders as I love this Tranquility scent. I couldn't believe the jar the candle was in, it was absolutely gorgeous, far more expensive than the value of the mystery candle, gives off a beautiful glow when lit. I've bought candles in this scent before from other businesses, and it's never had a very strong scent so was a little apprehensive, but for the first time, the scent throw was amazing straight away, filling the room. The candle burned smoothly and evenly. It's obvious how well it's made and what good quality it is. I'm housebound due to poor health and scented candles really help me so I'm delighted to have found a business as great as this. Highly recommend.
